Strathmore Cricket Club - Senior Cricket

Strathmore Cricket Club currently operates 4 senior teams:
    • 1st XI
    • 2nd XI
    • Midweek XI
    • Indoor 6

The 1st XI plays Saturday league cricket within the S&PCU Premier Division, while the 2nd XI competes within the S&PCU Second Division on a Sunday (with the occasional Saturday match).

The Midweek XI plays a number of friendlies over the course of the season and for the past few years has played in the Strathmore Union U18+ league. The aim of this team is to provide fringe 2nd team players the opportunity to get matches and to provide a stepping stone for junior players into senior cricket.

The Indoor 6's side "competes" within the Clubsport Indoor League throughout the Winter months allowing players to keep active and keep their eye in (to a certain extent) until the season proper comes round again.


Senior training nights at the club are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 till 8pm.

New players (of any ability!) are more than welcome to come along and join in!
